Spike in Views

I don't know what has caused the large spike in views. I am happy to witness the enthusiasm. I have a construction company and do primarily commercial work but my men are very gifted craftsmen who could build a wonderful Cai House on or off a trailer. It will not be inexpensive, my gut tells me $150-200 a/sf but the truth is in the details and every customer is going to have different expectations. This was a pipe dream hobby I built for fun and I do love the structure. Quality materials and craftsmanship come at a cost and I would like to build more of them. It is heavy, 13000#

Floor Plans for a Modular Concept

Here are some sketches of a floor plan that might work as a real tiny house concept complete with a kitchen, storage spaces, laundry, shower and mechanical area. any Ideas for improvement are appreciated. I have not included the window types and locations, I am trying to design a functional space first.

Pre-fab Kit

I am working on a set of plans and pricing that will provide a kit concept to this structure without the trailer. In other words a permanently located structure 2' wider than the one I built that embodies the same design without all the hinges... The structure could be put on piers and or a foundation and would be fully inhabitable and require little site preparation.
